Homemade Apple Jam for your Toddler

Who doesn’t love freshly made homemade apple jam, it is worth a drool. Apple Jam tastes heavenly and is super simple to make. Homemade jam does not take much of your time and energy and is free from preservatives.

So try your hands on this yummy apple jam recipe.
  • 2 Apples
  • Brown Sugar
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 3 or 4 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Small pieces of Cinnamon
  • Slice and dice two apples
  • Take a bowl and marinate finely chopped apples with lemon juice for 3-4 minutes.
  • Make sure you don’t marinate for more than 4 minutes as apples can turn brown.
  • Take a pan and pour butter. You can also use ghee instead of butter as per your taste.
  • Then add small pieces of cinnamon to it. Make sure you remove the cinnamon sticks as they are added only to give flavor.
  • Add the chopped apple pieces and cook them until soft.
  • Add brown sugar in the pan and cook till both apple and brown sugar is well blended.
  • Don’t add water to cook the apples.
  • Let the mixture to cool off then blend it using blender.
  • Store it in a clean, dry, airtight bottle for upto 2 to 3 days.
Your homemade apple jam is ready to entice the taste buds of your little cutie pie. Spread it smoothly over bread, cake slices and paranthas and serve one and all.
