3 Awesome Father’s Day Craft Ideas That Kids Would Love
If you have one or more blossoming
minds at home, make sure you celebrate all special occasions without
any failure so that the little ones learn the significance of
relationships and bonding. Such celebrations also boost creativity
among them, so involve them in the entire planning and execution
process. This father’s day, let them honor the father-children
relationship by making some crafts for their dad. This will not only
surprise their dad but also keep them busy for days. If your child is
old enough, ask him to come up with his own ideas, or else suggest
some easy crafts that they can make. Here are three suggestions that
the little ones are sure to love.
Kids love crafts, especially making
cards. So why not have them make a card for their dad! Buy them some
plain cards. Let them paint with hands, feet, fingers, brushes, or
any other thing that they feel like. Their cards need not be very
glossy or attractive; make them understand that whatever they make,
their dad is going to love it. If they don’t know what to paint or
how to paint, suggest them. Let them also decorate the envelope,
write their message, and include some fresh flowers with the card.
Your daughter is going to love this
craft and would come up with endless ideas. Ask them to write their
messages on these toppers or simply decorate them in their father’s
favorite color. If your child is old enough to cook, let them bake
the cupcakes or cake as well.
What could be a better way of declaring
your love for your father than making a car banner? Help your tots
make a ‘Happy father’s day’ banner by sticking large-sized
alphabets to a fancy curling ribbon. You could buy the prepackaged
letters or let kids make them at home using craft sheets. Add a
little shine to them by sprinkling glitters.
Kids won’t be able to make these
crafts by themselves, so provide your assistance, and encourage them
to make whatever they can. Let this be a surprise for their dad. He
would love the efforts the little ones have made to make him feel
special on this day.

3 Extraordinary Birthday Party Invitation Ideas
Your invitations set the tone of your
party, therefore, make sure you choose something that instantly
captures the attention of your guests and excite them for attending
your celebrations. Although the prepackaged invites are often the
easiest and quickest way to announce your party, why not get creative
and invite your guests in extraordinary ways. Here are three unusual
kids’ birthday party invitation ideas that are sure to make the
invitees keyed up about attending your party. You can easily
customize them according to your party theme.
Newspaper invite
With little creativity and basic
Photoshop skills, you would be able to announce your child’s
birthday in a grand way. Scan the front half page of a newspaper and
use Photoshop, the image editing program, to edit the main headline
and its body. Give a catchy headline declaring your child’s
birthday invite such as ‘Calling all superheroes to rescue the
world’ or ‘Princess Kate is hosting a royal ball at her Kingdom’.
Write an interesting body having all your party details. To fill up
the rest of the space, you may include your child’s picture as
well. Dress up your child in themed costumes and use this picture in
the body. You may take professional help if required or ask your
friends and family members to help you out. Take prints outs of these
invites and mail them to your friends.
Balloon invite
Why choose the boring paper invites?
Blow up some balloons, write your invitation on them, and ask your
child to hand deliver them to all the invitees. Alternatively, write
your party details on small pieces of papers, roll them up to form
tubes, and insert them into the balloons along with some confetti.
Hand deliver them and ask your guests to blow them up for reading the
invites. These inexpensive invites are sure to set the stage for your
party.
Mascot invite
You have to spend a little extra for
this invite but it is sure to get your guests go crazy for your big
celebration. Buy plain cards and write your party details on them.
Hire a mascot to deliver them for you. You may ask your child to
accompany him so that the invitees don’t feel awkward to have a
stranger at their home. If you are short on budget, you may ask any
of your family members to dress up in theme costume and deliver the
invites. The kids would be amazed to see fairy godmother or a
Spiderman inviting them for your child’s birthday.
Utilize your child’s birthday as an
opportunity to get creative and come up with wonderful party ideas that
will wow your guests as well your own family members.

Summertime is here and it’s time to
plan greatest birthday bash to entertain the kids. If your little one
has a competitive spirit and loves to play games, organizing some fun

for kid’s party activities which you can consider for your
little one’s birthday party. These ideas will surely help you to
plan a birthday bash that kids will never forget.
Water Balloon Volleyball
Transform the standard game of
volleyball into an amazing water game. Divide your party guests into
two teams and put a rope between two trees. Have a small or
medium-sized balloon filled with water and ask the teams to flip the
balloon to over the rope to the other team.
If one team misses or drops the water
balloon volleyball, the other team gets a point.
Tip: Have 10-15 water balloon
volleyball ready before starting the game.
Homemade obstacle course
Kids love to perform different physical
activities and jumping over the obstacles. You can create a homemade
obstacle course having a series of activities. The kids have to begin
the course from the starting line and race through a series of
obstacles to finish it.
You can include cardboard boxes to
crawl or series of old tires to cross before reaching the finishing
line.
Squirt Gun paintball is one of the
amazing Kids Party Games which is loved by the little ones.
Plan the Squirt Gun paintball in an open area.
To plan the activity, you will require
Squirt Guns, White T-shirts, Food coloring and huge things to hide
behind.
Dive the guests in two teams and have
all of them put on white t-shirts. One team should stand on the one
side of the field and other team on the other side. Each member of
the team will have Squirt Guns filled with food color and when
you say ‘go’, they should try to squirt each other with guns.
These Kids Party Games will
surely help you to plan an exciting bash for your activity lover.

Luau Party Activities That Will Provide Ultimate Summertime Fun To Your Guests
For
hosting a successful party, you need to think beyond the standard
party aspects such as decorations and food. People, especially kids
expect lots of fun and entertainment at parties and you, as a host,
must plan some entertaining games and activities to keep them
involved throughout the party. When kids are in a playful mood, they
are least bothered about the decoration or food; all they want is
fun. If you are planning a luau party for your child, these luau
party games are sure to create a light, lively, and fun atmosphere.
Limbo
No
luau party would be complete without a limbo. To play this luau party
game, you will need a rod or a stick. A curtain rod will also work.
Choose two adults to hold the either ends of the pole. Have your
guests put on the grass skirts and flower leis, turn on some Hawaiian
music, and ask them to go under the pole by only leaning and not
crawling. Once the whole group has passed, lower the pole by a few
inches. Anyone who loses his/her balance and falls down is out of the
game. Keep repeating this process until you are left with just one
player, who will be the winner.
Collect
10 empty 2 liter soda bottles and fill them half way with sand so
that they stay still till they are bowled. To increase the excitement
among kids, decorate the bottles by wrapping grass skirts around
them. Arrange them as you would arrange the pins and ask the kids to
knock them down using a real coconut. You may use a ball but a
coconut will give the kids an authentic luau experience. In order to
keep them motivated, award the winners by giving away some Luau Party Supplies.
Hula dance
Hire
a dance instructor to teach some hula dance moves to your guests.
Kids are sure to love this wonderful Luau party idea. Let them dance
for a while and later, you may host a short hula dance competition
among them. This will be a good change over the conventional
patterned party games. If you have a small budget, you can play some
hula dance videos and ask the kids to replicate them.
Pass
the hot coconut
Twist
the conventional ‘pass the hot potato’ game and rename it as
‘pass the hot coconut’. Play some hula music, let the kids sit in
a circle, and ask the kids to pass the coconuts around the circle.
Whenever the music is stopped, the person holding the coconut will be
out of the game.
Apart
from these luau party games, we also offer many unique and
interesting Luau party ideas that are sure to help you plan an
authentic luau. Also, browse our adorable collection of Luau party
supplies such as tableware, decorations, favor, etc. to plan a grand
party within your budget.
