Sesame Street Invitation Ideas That Will Excite Your Little Guests for Your ‘P is for party’

Prepackaged invites

 

Pick up the prepackaged invitations available at most party supplies stores to minimize your efforts. These invitations are designed to blend well with other Sesame Street birthday supplies and therefore, will help you to give a coordinated look to your celebrations. 

Elmo face invite

Cut out an oval shape from red cardstock and a small circle from an orange cardstock. Paste the orange circle on the red oval to make it Elmo’s nose. Use the large rolling eyes available at most department stores to make eyes and smile-shaped cutout from black cardstock to make the mouth. Write your party message 

 on the reverse side of the card and use red envelopes for enclosing them.

Goldfish invite

Cookie monster invite

Make a circular cutout from blue card-stock whose color resembles to that of the cookie monster and fold it in the middle. For making the eyes, cut out some small circles from white card-stock and paint the pupils using black color. Paste these eyes on the folded blue circle. The googly eyes of Cookie monster are its signature characteristics and therefore, while gluing them, make sure one pupil points inwards whereas the other one points outwards.
