Time to pamper your Dessert Cravings!

cravings! When that sweet tooth calls for a deliciously sweet treat,
then here are some healthier alternatives for you that will not only
pamper your taste buds but will also offer nutrition. So, here you
go:
- Yogurt Cupcakes- Feed your Cream Cravings
Ingredients:
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt (9 Ounces)
- Ripe Banana (Half)
- Fresh Strawberries (8)
- Mini Choco Chips (1 Teaspoon)
- Take a tray and place 12 mini baking cups on it.
- Scoop some yogurt in the baking cups in a way that each cup is filled halfway.
- Puree bananas and strawberries together and pour a spoonful of same to each cup.
- Again, add a spoonful of yogurt to each cup and garnish it with mini Chocó chips on top of it.
- Allow it to freeze by placing the tray in the fridge for minimum half an hour.
- Take out from freezer and let it thaw a bit before you gulp this frozen beauty.
- Crisp Choco Chip Balls- Get rolling with sinfully sweet Chocó Balls
Ingredients:
- Semisweet Chocolate Chips (5 tablespoons)
- Date Plams or Medjool dates (1 Cup Pitted)
- Salted roasted peanuts (1 Cup)
- Vanilla Protein powder (1 scoop)
- Apple Sauce ( unsweetened 1/4 Cup)
Steps:
- Using a knife chop chocolate chips and keep them aside in a bowl.
- Using a food processor or blender process peanuts until a creamy butter is formed.
- Add dates to the mixture and blend again until smooth.
- Pour one scoop of vanilla protein powder until it is thoroughly mixed.
- Lastly, add applesauce to the mixture and blend it until creamy dough is formed.
- Now roll dough to make small size balls with the chopped chocolate and place them on a plate.
- Relish these bite sized balls straight away or refrigerate it for 15 to 20 minutes to enjoy a frozen chocolate delight.
