Apple Sauce ( unsweetened 1/4 Cup)
Steps:
Using a knife chop chocolate chips
and keep them aside in a bowl.
Using a food processor or blender
process peanuts until a creamy butter is formed.
Add dates to the mixture and blend
again until smooth.
Pour one scoop of vanilla protein
powder until it is thoroughly mixed.
Lastly, add applesauce to the
